Rationality is lost answer on 09 May '11 at 17:01
You can test positive for a good week after you lose the baby and before you know anything is wrong. You can test positive even after you start bleeding with a miscarriage. Why bother?
Stop stressing yourself out, there's no rational reason your body should fail your child, or that the baby should not be viable. Stress is the number one cause of early miscarriage.
Get on with your life and stop freaking out, you're only making things worse.
Every woman wonders, but you have a choice of either driving yourself nuts and causing problems, or making the purposeful effort to stay busy and keep your mind on other things.

I've never heard of implantation bleeding but I can tell you as far as pregnancy you do have sore nipples and whitish discharge. My sister took three tests that all came out negative and she was actually pregnant had to get a blood test to confirm it so it is possible that you are pregnant. I would wait till you miss your period for sure and retest then if you still have all the symptoms and no period its probably a good thing to make a doctors appt.Hope this helped and good luck!

I totally hear you!!!! I am 34 weeks with a girl and my son is 23 months old. This second pregnancy was so much more difficult. I was sick more at the beginning, I had to go to the emergency room twice with bleeding in my first trimester.... I can't sleep, I developed restless leg syndrome, my back is killing me (I think I will be crippled after this), and yes, I am huge - definetally bigger than I was with my first one (I can't fit in any of my old pregnancy clothes by now)... I am also waddling like a duck and I am terrified of the labor...looking at this pregnancy - what else is going to happen???? (scream....ripping my hair out...lol)

If you are really worried go to the doctor and they can get you checked out to be sure. They can do a blood test and those are usually very accurate. I wouldn't overly stress about it yet, until you know if your pregnant or not. cramping in pregnancy doesn't always mean something bad is happening. also, if you were having an ectopic pregnancy, you would be in alot of horrible stomach pain, and you would most likely be bleeding. but still check with your doctor just to be safe. good luck.
