Lower abdomen, right above your pubic bone. It will be just a faint pooch to begin with, almost like after you've eaten too much food.

I have been on Lovenox with both of my pregnancies. The first time I started at 27 weeks after a DVT was found in my left thigh. And the entire time with my second child. I started them in my first pregnancy in my stomach and love handles. However, I was having a lot of pain with them there. And the bruises were horrible. I have always been rather thin and I had no fat on my stomach and very little in the love handle area. So my doctor allowed me have mine put in my rear (my husband did them) and that worked out for me. Although I have heard of many people taking them the entire pregnancy in their stomach. It is perfectly safe to put them there. I don't think you can hit the baby with that short of a needle (although I know it doesn't feel short in your stomach) Although you can always ask your doctor. He/she might allow you to change the place like mine did.
Take care, I know those shots aren't fun.

If you are really worried go to the doctor and they can get you checked out to be sure. They can do a blood test and those are usually very accurate. I wouldn't overly stress about it yet, until you know if your pregnant or not. cramping in pregnancy doesn't always mean something bad is happening. also, if you were having an ectopic pregnancy, you would be in alot of horrible stomach pain, and you would most likely be bleeding. but still check with your doctor just to be safe. good luck.

My stomach actually didn't start to show until the end of my 5th month and I have had two babies prior to this and one miscarriage at 7 weeks. Since your stomach hasn't been stretched out from other previous pregnancies, it may take a bit for your stomach to show. Mine takes a while to show because I have tight ab muscles from working out.

With my first pregnancy I really didn't show until close to 5 months...had a little stomach but didn't need to wear maternity pants until then. With this pregnancy I was showing around 10 weeks and was wearing maternity pants already at 14 weeks. I definately popped alot sooner with this one!

I am sure you've heard this a million times, but every pregnancy and every woman is different.
With that said, typically consecutive pregnancies show a lot sooner! First time pregnancies take longer to show because the stomach/uterus has never been stretched out before. But once that is happened, it makes the stomach and uterus more flexible and boing - you're showing sooner! I am on my first pregnancy (technically) and I started showing a little at 3 months, but it really became noticeable at 4 and 5 months. I definitely needed to get into maternity clothes by that 4th month.
As far as morning sickness goes, that is different with every pregnancy. In my first pregnancy, I only had slight queasiness, but no morning sickness and definitely no vomiting.
