What should I use to prevent stretch marks during pregnancy?

The thickest cream I have ever used is Bath & Body Works Shea Butter. Is this the best cream to use to prevent stretch marks? And, when during the pregnancy should I start using it?

Hello, I got a lot of stretch marks after my first baby. So, before my second, I took Revitol Stretch Mark Prevention and it worked really well. I know that herbs that are rich in silica (one if the ingredients in the balsam) are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. There are safer products you can use to prevent stretch marks, such as cocoa butter, shea butter, mango butter, macadamia oil, rose hip seed oil, and vitamin E. For the morning sickness, about 7 weeks, for the boobs, about 10 weeks, and im getting bloated now at 13 weeks. You should change your bra, especially if it is causing pain, a good supportive, well-fitting bra is essential in pregnancy to prevent post-pregnancy sagging. Mild period cramps are normal (although I never had them), but if they get severe then you should see a Dr or go to the ER. Good luck and congrats :)
