How can I minimize the effects of Mercury during pregnancy?

I (actually my wife) had urine analysis done a couple months ago and she shows high levels of Mercury and Lead (7.4 ug/gm and 4.88 ug/gm creatinine, respectively). Were not sure why or how, but now we've discovered that were 5 weeks pregnant. We are wondering if there is anything we can do to reduce the effects of the Mercury and Lead. I guess the more appropriate question is "How do we minimize the effects of high Mercury and Lead levels on pregnancy?" Thank you!

i think its best if she were to do a pregnancy safe detox and then aciod certain sea food which has a high content of mercury you can google the exact ones but i checked it out and they say the higher up on the food chain the higher the mercury content so its best to eat things like hake and no shelfish, good luck
