Just take your pre-natal vitamins, take good care of yourself and don't drink or do any drugs. Remember that miscarriages are natures way of terminating a not so ideal pregnancy. If you miscarry, while devastating, there is a good chance that the baby wasn't 100% healthy. I know that taking folic acid and other vitamins ahead of time will increase your chances of conceiving a healthy child. Lots of people don't even know they are pregnant during the first trimester, and everything usually turns out great. The human body is amazing, and really knows how to do the whole pregnancy thing quite well. Good Luck!

Ovulation Calculator -- -------------------- To increase the chances of getting pregnant, you need to have loveual intercourse in your fertile period. But how do you find out the mOSt fertile days of the month? For this you have to know the days when your ovaries release an egg which is ready for fertilization. In order to help you to determine your ovulation process, IndiaParenting.com presents an ovulation calculator. This calculator finds your fertile days as per the first day of your last menstrual cycle. You can pinpoint a likely time of ovulation by counting backward from the date you expect your next period. You need to know the length of your cycle, which can be anywhere from 24 to 40 days long. You will ovulate from 12 to 16 days before your period begins. To help determine the time range for your own ovulation, try our ovulation calculator. You have to just tell us the first day of your last menstrual period and the average length of your cycle. The calculator takes day 14 (the middle day in the spread) and the length of your cycle as it's deciding factors. Disclaimer: While the calculator is certainly of help, you must also pay attention to other cyclic factors affecting conception, such as basal body temperature and cervical mucus. Moreover, if your menstrual cycle is irregular, you may have trouble in pinpointing your ovulation time as per the calculator. How to Increase Chances of Getting Pregnan --- -------------------------------------------- Natural steps to take in order to increase your chances of getting pregnant. 1.Take care of yourself - Staying in good health will increase fertility, and your chance of becoming pregnant. i advise you to visit your local family planning clinic or your doctor as soon as possible. A true miscarriage occurs during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. After that, it is still possible to lose the baby at any time (though the chances are much slimmer). Signs of a miscarriage are cramps, lower back pain, pain in the right shoulder (I had this with both of my miscarriages), bleeding, or a brown discharge.I know that taking folic acid and other vitamins ahead of time will increase your chances of conceiving a healthy child.
